Refund policy for recharge on WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and self-serve communication services
At Qsura, we strive to provide reliable and efficient communication services including WhatsApp Business API, Bulk OTP, Bulk SMS and RCS Messaging. Please review the policy before purchasing credits, subscriptions or communication services.
No refund policy
Qsura does not provide refunds for purchases, recharges or subscriptions related to activated communication services unless otherwise confirmed in a written commercial agreement.
Failed message credit
If message delivery fails due to a verified technical issue on Qsura's side, eligible failed messages may be credited back to the customer's account as a top-up after confirmation.
Delivery monitoring
Delivery can be affected by recipient availability, telecom or network conditions, incorrect numbers, templates, routing and external channel constraints. Only verified system-side failures are eligible for top-up review.
Consumed services
Used communication credits, completed onboarding work, active subscriptions and non-refundable third-party charges may not be refundable.

Send the account reference, invoice, reason, relevant dates and affected service details to support@qsura.com for review.
